A guy rear ended my Yaris a few weeks ago in Newton center. I called JoJo one of the general managers at Apex and he explained to me in detail the whole process from beginning to end and how they would take very good care of my car. I was really impressed with their professionalism from the very beginning. I spoke to Ronnie the owner and his son who took care of the insurance portion and all paperwork on the same day. They called the rental place to get my rental car set up, which they brought it over to the shop for me.
2-3 weeks later the car not only looked great but they showed me all the structural parts they repaired or replaced. It really looks as if the accident never happened and on top of that, I got my the entire car vacuumed and polished.
